Your Campervan/Motorhome is easily levelled horizontally. Once familiar with the comfort of an automatic levelling system below the camper or caravan, you will not want to travel anymore without it. In addition to the easy way to level your vehicle, a levelling system also gives you more comfort while walking through or sleeping in the camper. A levelling system ensures that there is no suspension anymore in the vehicle just like in your house.

The TESA AUTOLIFT4 levelling system is provided with 4 support legs. This makes it very easy to level your vehicle FULLY AUTOMATICALLY with the control panel or the remote control by the push of a button.

AutoLift is driven by an electronic control unit for the self-levelling of the vehicle; the actuators can also be controlled manually, but always in pairs.
The control unit also has safety devices to prevent accidental descent of the actuators with the vehicle in motion and departure with the devices in use.
In the rest position the actuators are horizontal under the motorhome chassis, reducing to a minimum the overall dimensions, giving greater ground clearance.

The special design of the actuators ensures operation even in extreme environmental conditions.
An internal control panel allows the complete running of the system and supplies clear indication on the vehicles slope.
A remote control is also included to drive the system from outside the vehicle.

Less hassle more comfort

Mechanical level systems have interesting advantages over hydraulic systems:

- - - - Less time consuming, easier to fit therefore less expensive on installation costs.
        
        Low weight, total weight ~ 60-65KG (depending on vehicle type)
        
        Environmentally friendly; Hydraulic installations are not permitted in some circumstances where environmental issues apply
        
        Hydraulic systems need current as well a Hydraulic pump. Electromechanical systems, just need current.
        
        Power usage is just 12A on average (Hydraulic 30 to 70A)
        
        The galvanized construction is from the FIAT factory, thus ensuring optimum resistance to weather and other circumstances that can affect the material. The factory uses a 7-layer galvanization instead of a standard single layer galvanization, which is the same galvanization for a motorhome chassis.
        
        The supports can only be used if the vehicle is on the handbrake. When the handbrake is disconnected or the vehicle is started, a warning signal is activated. This means that the driver knows that the brakes must be retracted first. Obviously there is an emergency procedure for when the supports must be withdrawn without electronic assistance.
